Britt Collins founded Level Up Consulting Solutions in 2023 to give growing organizations the kind of people leadership usually reserved for large companies.
Britt has led restructuring, organizational design, compensation, and HR infrastructure work across technology, healthcare, financial services, and nonprofit organizations. She has also managed complex community development and construction programs, including securing $5 million in state grant funding for a revitalization district and serving as owner's representative on a historic college restoration.
Based in Pittsburgh, Britt brings both executive rigor and deep community roots to every engagement. She believes the best HR work is practical, human, and built to last after the consultant leaves.
